The site for Jamuna Apartments is located within the limits of Municipal Council Kharar on Chandigarh – Ropar Road (Kharar – Kurali Road) NH – 21 and is at a distance of 1.5 Kms from Bus Stand, Kharar, 10 Minutes drive from Mohali (Punjab) and 20 Minutes drive from Chandigarh.

The site has been planned within the laid down development conditions to have 348 Apartments (56 Units of 4+1 Bed Room Apartments, 196 Units of 3+1 Bed Room Apartments, 56 units of 2 Bed Room Apartments and 40 Units for EWS). The 4 + 1 bed room, 3 + 1 bed room, two bed room Apartment blocks shall be seven storied whereas the block for mandatory Economically Weaker Section units shall be four storied.
Club, Building Block for Swimming Pool and School shall be single /double storied. The site has been planed to have 60 feet wide approach road from the National Highway. The approach road to the campus, flanked by flowery trees, forms an axis with pedestrianised landscaped piazza, the entrance to which would be through Archways of receding heights.
The commercial block, accessible from the approach road to the campus has been planned along the main highway with sufficient parking.
The housing has been planned to have pedestrianised landscaped park with a club providing for social, recreational and cultural activities and Swimming Pool overlooking the Central Plaza having a tall fountain in a water body.
All the residential blocks are accessible from the piazza on one side and roads with parking lots all around, on the other. The piazza has been planned to have soft landscape with shrubs, flowers, a tall fountain in a water body, pergolas and pavers. Paved-blocks, interspersed with grass, meander the park to provide access to the circulation cores to the residential towers. The space, segregated from the vehicular movement, would provide for social, recreational and cultural activities with serene ambience for the residents of the campus.
The sites for water supply with overhead reservoir and underground storage tanks for fire fighting purposes, and sewage treatment plant have been provided at the location for efficient working of the services. The campus also provides a nursery school. The campus shall have trees and shrubs on the periphery providing shade to the vehicles in the parking lots and also serving as a green boundary. Metalled road has been planned all around the campus for easy movement for fire tender in case of emergency.
Seven-storied typical Apartment blocks have been designed to provide 4+1 Bed Room, 3+1 Bed Room and 2 Bed Room accommodations with central circulation core. The circulation core has been planned to have two passenger lifts and a 5′-0” wide staircase. The core also provides ducts for fire fighting provisions, electrical and other services. Each block shall have four Apartments on each floor.
